As part of UCF’s commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism and continued efforts to apply those standards, we are evaluating the current compliance and ethics culture at UCF. In connection with that initiative, all employees will be asked to participate in the UCF Compliance and Ethics Culture Survey to gauge the ethical culture and health of UCF.

On March 1, you will receive an all-campus employee email containing a direct link to the survey, which should take less than ten minutes of your time to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, and your responses are completely confidential and anonymous. Your responses will be sent directly to the UCF Office of Operational Excellence and Assessment Support for processing. Summary reports on the culture survey findings will be shared through multiple avenues including a future edition of the UCF IntegrityStar newsletter.
