Develop compliance and ethics training to communicate various regulatory requirements, university regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as expectations for standards of conduct.
Support the university’s foreign influence compliance program in collaboration with the Research Compliance Office and the Office of International Collaboration and Export Control.
Manage UCF's secure ethics hotline, administered by an independent third party available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing individuals a way to report with complete anonymity.
Establish standards for the protection of data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and monitor the university’s compliance with these requirements.
Conduct timely investigations of allegations of noncompliance with the Code of Conduct and university regulations and policies, as well as provide guidance on corrective actions.
Provide oversight and guidance related to compliance with the gift and honoraria section of the Florida Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees.
Develop university regulations and/or policies and procedures that reflect UCF’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
