We invite you to complete this year’s Ethical Superhero activities below within Workday to be entered into a drawing to win one of several prizes. The activities include viewing three short Superhero themed training videos and a create your own superhero activity. All employees who complete, each training video and/or their completed superhero by Friday, November 18, 2022, at 5:00 pm EST, will be entered into the prize drawing. Prizes will be selected at random after completion of the week and the winners will be notified the week of November 21, 2022. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this year’s activities and helping to build a culture of Ethical Superheroes at UCF!

Training

This year’s training is being hosted in Workday. There are three short superhero themed videos available to complete. You can access and enroll in the trainings at the following link: 2022 Compliance & Ethics Week or by logging into your Workday account and searching 2022 Compliance & Ethics week in your learning dashboard. There is no need to email your certificate of completion to our office this year, as we are able to track completion directly in Workday. Each training video is optional to complete and must be done by November 18, 2022, at 5:00 pm EST, in order to be counted for an entry into this year’s prize drawing.

Activity

We invite you to Create your very own Ethical Superhero! Please click on the link below to download the template. Entries must be emailed to our office by Friday, November 18, 2022, at 5:00 pm EST in order to receive an entry into the prize drawing. For an extra entry, employees may dress up as their own ethical superhero and submit a picture to University Compliance, Ethics, and Risk at complianceandethics@ucf.edu.
