The university will soon transition the UCF IntegrityLine to a new third-party provider, Convercent. Convercent offers the same security and privacy protections that we are accustomed to but also provides features to help streamline the reporting process. In addition to the web option and toll-free reporting line, we will also have an SMS text option for reporting concerns. Whichever option you choose, you’ll be asked minimal questions, making the process much quicker.
You will access the UCF IntegrityLine using the same website UCFIntegrityLine.com or by calling toll-free 1-855-877-6049. On May 19, the website will automatically redirect to the new provider’s landing page and callers will be directed to the Convercent call center.
Reports submitted through the UCF IntegrityLine will continue to route to University Compliance and Ethics. All reports will be reviewed, investigated when appropriate, and responded to as discreetly and promptly as possible.
The new IntegrityLine portal will also contain a separate section where you can submit a question. Questions will be routed directly to University Compliance and Ethics for review and response.
When you file a report at UCFIntegrityLine.com or by calling 1-855-877-6049, you will receive a unique access number and are asked to choose a password. If you use the SMS text option, you will receive a text with a username and password. You can return to the system either through the website or by telephone to access your report. We suggest that you check in for updates and provide additional information when requested.
Please contact University Compliance and Ethics if you have any questions about the UCF IntegrityLine.
