Today, University Compliance and Ethics is kicking off the university’s 10th Annual Compliance and Ethics (C&E) Week awareness campaign “Promoting a Culture of Ethics, Compliance, and Accountability.” We invite you to complete several activities to be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Activities must be completed by Friday, November 8, 2024, at 5pm EST to be eligible for the prize drawings. Prizes will be selected at random, and winners will be notified the week of November 18, 2024.

This year’s activities are available in Workday and include viewing three training videos on topics that include:

  • Drug-Free Schools and Workplace
  • Privacy Related to Emerging Technologies
  • IntegrityStar Newsletter

Additionally, we’re excited to introduce a fun and interactive way to deepen your engagement with our updated website and its resources. The activity quiz will not only test your knowledge but also challenge you to find our hidden Compliance and Ethics Week mascot, Beacon, throughout our website. Best of all, the answers can be conveniently found as you explore our pages. Please note that this year’s quiz will be conducted through Qualtrics, so there’s no need to submit the activity to our compliance email address as done in prior years.

Happy quizzing, and good luck on your search for Beacon!

This year’s prizes include UCF swag such as tumblers, caps, hoodies, ornaments, and more.

Employees who complete all C&E week trainings and activities will be entered into a grand prize drawing to win four tickets to the UCF Men’s Basketball game scheduled for December 1, at the Additions Financial Arena, donated by the UCF Athletics Association!

We look forward to you joining us in celebrating C&E Week to reinforce UCF’s shared commitment to ethical behavior. By participating in C&E week, you’re not only engaging in fun and educational activities but also contributing to a culture of compliance and ethics at UCF. Thank you for being a vital part of our university’s commitment to an ethical culture!
