Conflict of Interest
Because UCF is a public university, we are all subject to Florida’s ethics laws. The ethics laws prohibit public employees from taking certain actions, and require certain disclosures be made. Our primary obligation is to our assigned duties and responsibilities as employees of UCF.
Privacy Compliance
We are all data stewards as we come in contact with personal and private data every day. All members of the university community are expected to treat personal information belonging to others in a manner that avoids unnecessary sharing, transferring, processing (using), and storing.
Compliance Training
Training courses developed to communicate various regulatory requirements, university regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as expectations for standards of conduct.
