IntegrityStar UCF Compliance & Ethics Newsletter UCF Compliance & Ethics Newsletter

Did you know that UCF has an online repository of policies and procedures available at http://policies.ucf.edu/ ? There are also UCF regulations that may affect how we do our jobs, and those are online as well at http://regulations.ucf.edu/. If you have not looked at these websites in a while, we encourage you to visit them and read about the policies and regulations that may have been implemented or changed since the last time you looked.

In each IntegrityStar edition, we will provide you with a list of new or updated policies to keep you informed of the various requirements that you need to know. We will also highlight some important policies that we think are relevant to everyone. For instance, are you familiar with the Reporting Misconduct and Protection from Retaliation policy? You can report misconduct or ethical concerns to your supervisor or other appropriate office, but we provide you with another option if you prefer to report a concern anonymously and confidentially. You can use our anonymous and confidential reporting line, the UCF IntegrityLine, which is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. Users of the UCF IntegrityLine are never tracked, nor is information about them ever collected. Retaliation against anyone who reports or participates in an investigation is prohibited.
