Ethical Culture & Compliance Perception Survey

As part of UCF’s commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism and continued efforts to apply those standards, we are currently evaluating the compliance and ethics culture at UCF. In connection with that initiative, all employees have been asked to participate in an Ethical Culture & Compliance Perceptions Survey to gauge the ethical culture and health of UCF.

On March 17, you should have received an email invitation from Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.  The invitation included a direct link to take the survey, which should only take five minutes of your time. There are no right or wrong answers and your responses are completely confidential and anonymous.

Your responses will be sent directly to Ethisphere, an independent third-party organization, for processing. UCF will only receive the summary results and will not receive your name or any of your individual responses. Upon conclusion of the survey, Ethisphere will also provide to UCF benchmarking data to see how UCF’s culture compares to other organizations. As we have done in previous years, we will also benchmark the responses against previous responses. Results of the survey will be shared with all employees in an upcoming edition of the IntegrityStar.

If you have not already taken the survey, please do so today.  The survey closes on April 17, 2020.

If at any point you have difficulties completing the survey, please send an email message to surveys@ethisphere.com. In your message, please be sure to specify the type of problem you are having, and a screenshot if possible. A support representative will respond to your issue as soon as possible.
