2024 Compliance and Ethics Culture Survey
Every two years University Compliance and Ethics conducts a Compliance and Ethics Culture Survey to gauge the overall ethical culture at UCF. The office benchmarks the results against prior years’ results and uses the results to identify opportunities for improvements to the program. All UCF faculty, staff, and student employees, were invited through a series of emails to participate via a link to the online survey from March 4, 2024, through April 5, 2024. Read the results here.
Understanding Florida’s Public Records Law and How to Comply

The State of Florida has one of the most comprehensive public records laws in the country. Florida Statutes, Chapter 119, governs public records and mandates that most state, county, and municipal records be open for inspection and copying by any person, subject to some cost charges. There are several exemptions from the public records law, to protect various types of records. Read this article to learn more about public records requirements at UCF.
