This edition’s IntegrityStar Award is being given to Chase Thompson, University Compliance and Ethics former intern and current UCF student, for his support of the university’s comprehensive compliance and ethics program. Mr. Thompson assisted the office in monitoring proposed legislation at both the state and federal levels, helped the team with training development, and participated in the office’s outreach activities, while simultaneously volunteering for UCF Victim Services and attending classes at UCF. He was eager to learn about UCF’s compliance and ethics program and how the office manages oversight of compliance across the university. Mr. Thompson showed a drive to learn about how legislation impacts institutions of higher education and was highly motivated to be part of the UCF community. We would like to thank Mr. Thompson for his contributions and his commitment to making UCF a best place to learn and work.
